Booking the work for the F12
Interior detailing for the 2016 Ferrari F12: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. Smells usually live in the fabric and the carpet, which is why a deep interior clean helps. Inside work covers the seats, carpets, mats, dashboard and the inside of the windows.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces.
Booking the work
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
A rental while we work
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
What to bring
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Planning around the work
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
What affects the price
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We price the job before we start, never after. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
After the work
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
