Aftercare
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
What to bring
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Why prices differ
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
Planning around the work
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
