Your Polestar: the work
Your Polestar needs interior cleaning? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Smells usually live in the fabric and the carpet, which is why a deep interior clean helps. Inside work covers the seats, carpets, mats, dashboard and the inside of the windows.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Getting a quote
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
We collect the rental when your car is ready. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
What affects the price
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
When the car is ready
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
Before you drop the car off
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Over to you
A person reads your request and replies with a price and a time.
