The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Getting a price
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Driving while yours is in
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
How long it takes
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
What goes into a quote
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Keeping it that way
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
