Your Consulier Industries: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for interior cleaning on the Consulier Industries, and rents you a car while yours is in. Smells usually live in the fabric and the carpet, which is why a deep interior clean helps. Inside work covers the seats, carpets, mats, dashboard and the inside of the windows.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Your request
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Stay on the road
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Timing
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
Pricing, plainly
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Aftercare
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Floor mats and a quick vacuum each week keep an interior clean much longer.
What to bring
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Make a request
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
