A few things first
Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Timing
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
Looking after it afterwards
Floor mats and a quick vacuum each week keep an interior clean much longer. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
What affects the price
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
