The work on your ES
Need interior cleaning for your 2018 Lexus ES? Tell us about the car and when suits you. Smells usually live in the fabric and the carpet, which is why a deep interior clean helps. Inside work covers the seats, carpets, mats, dashboard and the inside of the windows.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
Booking a time
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
A rental meanwhile
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
When the car is ready
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
What to bring
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
How the price is set
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
Aftercare
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Ask us
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
