The work on your RC
Your 2019 Lexus RC and interior cleaning: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Inside work covers the seats, carpets, mats, dashboard and the inside of the windows. Smells usually live in the fabric and the carpet, which is why a deep interior clean helps.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Booking a time
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
How long it takes
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
What goes into a quote
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
Let us know
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
Request leather conditioning
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
