Checking your details

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

How to book

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
