A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.
Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
Before pickup
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
