The figures, translated

It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with all-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Fuel use is rated 9.5 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 29 litres. At our price setting, it costs about $14.73 to drive 100 km.

Who the Q3 suits

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

What the Q3 is like

An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Our Q3 cars

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

What to have ready

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

The booking steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Ready when you are

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
