What to expect when you book

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What you need to rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
