Renting: the basics

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

The booking steps

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
