What to expect when you book

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Driver requirements

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
