Limo service: the 2016 MINI Cooper
Limo service and the 2016 MINI Cooper: the figures first, then how to rent it from CarmaCars. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.
Reading the spec sheet
Its 1.5L 3-cylinder turbo drives through a 6-speed manual. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.
Fuel use is rated 7.5 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 23 litres. Every 100 km costs about $13.13 in fuel at our price setting.
A good match for
It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.
Living with the Cooper
It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. The trunk holds 255 litres by the EPA's count: about a large suitcase and a couple of soft bags.
Our Cooper cars
We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
What we check
Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.
Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
How a booking comes together
First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.
Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
Send a request
When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
