Requirements
Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.
Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
From your dates to the handover
A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.
Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
