How booking works

You request the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
