Booking in plain terms

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Before pickup

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
