What to expect when you book

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Before pickup

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
