Under the hood

The powertrain to know here is the electric motor, with all-wheel drive. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

At 18.6 kWh/100 km, a 300 km day uses roughly 56 kWh. A full charge is rated for 507 km; plan for less in the cold. In energy, every 100 km costs about $2.79 at our price setting.

Good uses for the Model 3

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Inside and out

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. Luggage space is rated at 425 litres: a family's bags for a long weekend.

Renting the Model 3 from CarmaCars

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.

The rules, briefly

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Your booking, in three steps

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Next step

Find a car you like and ask for your dates.
