What to have ready

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
