A note on Ruby Junction

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Ruby Junction starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. We have no location in Ruby Junction; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,136 km away.

Neighbouring areas include Brooklyn, Hibbing and Redore.

Engine and fuel

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Combined fuel use is 8.3 L/100 km: about 25 litres for 300 km. At our price setting, it costs about $12.87 to drive 100 km.

Who rents the A4

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Inside and out

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. In plain terms, its 340 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Getting this car from us

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Renting: the basics

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

What to expect when you book

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

One more step

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
