Requesting a car

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Before you rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
