From request to keys

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Licence, age and card

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
