The SRT for a car while yours is off the road: the facts first, then the booking. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly.

Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.

The rules, briefly

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Booking, step by step

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
