What to expect when you book

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Driver requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
