Booking in plain terms

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Before you rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
