What happens when you ask for a car

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You pay when you approve, and only then.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Rules for renters

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
