Luup alternative: Acura

Luup alternative: the Acura

This page joins two things: Luup alternative, and the Acura in plain words. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

What the specs mean

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Who it is for

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Renting this car

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. No Acura is in our fleet today; ask for one in a request and we search for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.

What to bring

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

The steps

You request the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
