What to expect when you book

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Requirements

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
