Renting for Devore

If you need it in Devore itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 3,428 km from Devore, and does not deliver there.

Places around Devore include Devore Heights, Verdemont and Nealeys Corner.

Under the hood

Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo drives through a 7-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Plan on about 24 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 7.9 L/100 km. That works out to about $13.83 per 100 km at our price setting.

Best uses

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

Space and size

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. It is 4.76 m long. Check the size of a tight parking spot. EPA lists 368 litres of luggage space, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who can rent

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

What happens when you ask for a car

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
