Specs, explained
The 2.7L 6-cylinder turbo with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.
It is rated at 13.1 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 39 litres. At our price setting, it costs about $22.93 to drive 100 km.
Who rents the A6
It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.
Space and size
A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. At 425 litres, the trunk fits a family's bags for a long weekend.
Renting this car
Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
How booking works
Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.
Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
What you need to rent
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
