The numbers in plain words
The powertrain here is the 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo with all-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic. It runs on diesel, sold at most highway stations. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.
A combined rating of 11.8 L/100 km works out to about 35 litres per 300 km. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $54.87 at our price setting.

Renting: the basics
You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
How to book
A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.
The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
Ready when you are
The next step is yours: send a request whenever you are ready.
