Booking in plain terms

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Checking your details

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
