From request to keys

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

What to bring

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
