The rules, briefly

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

How booking works

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
