Luup alternative: the BMW Z4

This BMW Z4 page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

What the specs mean

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Who rents the Z4

It suits a summer weekend or a special occasion more than a move. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Room inside

As a two-seat sports car, it puts the driving first and the luggage second.

Renting it

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

Checking your details

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Booking, step by step

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. You pay when you approve, and only then.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

When you know your dates

Not sure which car? Describe the trip in your request and we will suggest one.

Can I rent a BMW Z4 in Toronto?

Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.

How old do I need to be to rent?

18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.

How much is the deposit?

Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.

What coverage do I need?

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.

Can the car be delivered?

Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
