Reading the spec sheet
The powertrain to know here is the 3.8L 6-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
It is rated 11.2 L/100 km combined: about 34 litres every 300 km. A 300 km weekend costs about $52.08 in energy at our price setting.
Size and space
As a large sedan, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. The EPA measures its luggage space at 510 litres, roughly a family's bags for a long weekend.
A good match for
It uses more fuel than most, so it suits shorter trips or people who need its size. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

The rules, briefly
If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.
Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
From request to keys
A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.
The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
