Before pickup

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Getting the car booked

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
