Luup alternative: Buick Terraza

Luup alternative with this car

Here is the Buick Terraza, for anyone after a rental car. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

Specs, explained

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Living with the Terraza

As a minivan, it puts space for people and luggage first.

Best uses

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

Booking, step by step

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Who qualifies

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

Over to you

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
