Booking, step by step

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Rules for renters

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
