Before you rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

The booking steps

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
