Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
How booking works
You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.
You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
