Luup alternative with this car
This 2002 Chevrolet Express page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
Under the hood
No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.
Living with the Express
A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway.
Best uses
It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.
Our Express cars
If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Driver basics
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
The booking steps
Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. You pay only once you approve the offer.
You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
Get an offer
When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.

Can I rent a 2002 Chevrolet Express in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
