The Chrysler Pacifica: Luup alternative
Luup alternative and the Chrysler Pacifica: the figures first, then how to rent it from CarmaCars. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
The numbers in plain words
No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.
Best uses
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.
Space and size
It is the kind of vehicle that makes a family trip calmer. It seats 7, going by our own car of this model.
Can you rent one?
Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We have 1 on the site now, each with its own calendar and price. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Driver requirements
Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.
Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
How a booking comes together
First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.
The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Can I rent a Chrysler Pacifica in Toronto?
Yes. We have one on the site now, each with its own calendar and price. Choose your dates on the car's page and send a request; nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
