The booking steps

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What you need to rent

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
