Luup alternative: Daewoo Lanos

Luup alternative with this car

If a rental car is the plan, the Daewoo Lanos is worth a look; here is why. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

The figures, translated

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Good uses for the Lanos

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Living with the Lanos

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk.

In our fleet

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.

Booking in plain terms

You ask for the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

What you need to rent

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
