Luup alternative and the 1985 Dodge Aries
This 1985 Dodge Aries page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
What the figures tell you
The powertrain here is the 2.2L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive and a 5-speed manual. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.
By the EPA's combined rating of 9.4 L/100 km, 300 km takes about 28 litres. A 300 km weekend costs about $43.71 in energy at our price setting.
Space and size
As a mid-size car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. Its 991 litre trunk is enough for bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.
Who it is for
It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Booking made plain
All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. You pay only once you approve the offer.
Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
Rules for renters
From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.
Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
