Luup alternative: the Dodge Challenger
If you need a rental car, read about the Dodge Challenger here, then request it. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
Specs, explained
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
When the Challenger makes sense
It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.
Practical details
Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk.
Renting it
None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
What you need to rent
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.
Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
How a booking comes together
Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.
Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
When you know your dates
When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.

Can I rent a Dodge Challenger in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
