About the 1989 Dodge Lancer

If you need a rental car, the 1989 Dodge Lancer is one option; this page explains the car and how booking works. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

Engine and fuel

Under the hood: the 2.2L 4-cylinder and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

The combined figure, 9.4 L/100 km, means roughly 28 litres for 300 km. In energy, every 100 km costs about $14.57 at our price setting.

Space and size

As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The EPA lists 510 litres for luggage, roughly a family's bags for a long weekend.

A good match for

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Can I rent it?

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.

Request, offer, keys

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Checking your details

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
